Sports cars are not known for being environmentally until now…Below I have found a list of the 4 top Green friendly sports cars.

1. The Tesla Roadster – produced from Tesla motors – this all-electric sports car is about as earth friendly as you can get! With a single charge lasting 244 miles – you know you are getting good mileage. Not only does it run 100% on battery but also it can go from 0-to-60 miles per hour in 3.9 seconds. With a max speed set electronically at 125 mph and a price tag of $100,000 it is worth every green dollar!

2. The Lightning GT – produced from a British manufacture – this all-electric sports car is gets 250 miles per charge. The Lightning GT can go from 0-to-60 in a little under 4 seconds and it has a top speed set at 130 mph. Priced at $300,000 this sports car is not messing around.

3. The Fisker Karma – produced by Fisker automotive – this plug in hybrid electric vehicle features Q drive technology by which a small gas powered generator recharges the battery. Reaching 50 miles with a single plug in and a top speed of 125 mpg it is also impressive. Starting at $80,000 base  – it is a little more friendly to your pocket book.

4. Toyota FT-HS – first introduced in North America Auto show – with 400 hp and the ability to go 0-to-60 in less then 4 seconds it is keeping up with the competition. Look out because this is just the start of the Future Toyota Hybrid Sports.

I am also a fan of the new commercials they have been showing. They have such style and class and really draw the audience in to the experience of driving a Cadillac. Just watching the commercial makes me want to own a Cadillac.

My favorite model is SRX Cross Over starting at $33,000 it is a little closer to my budget and maybe in the future I will be able to own one.

In 2007 2.7 million cars and trucks were produced in 19 countries! GM’s largest market is the United States followed by China, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom. Recently GM came out with On Star, which is a vehicle safety, and security provider I am sure you have heard of!

The car selection for 2009 includes the Avenger, Caliber, Challenger, Charger and the most popular Viper. All of these cars average between 22-30 mpg (highway miles) and all but the Viper have between 1,000-2,000 pound towing capacity. The price ranges are as different as the cars starting as low as $17,000 with the Caliber and going as high as $92,000 for the Viper.

The SUV, crossover, minivan selection starts with the ever-famous Durango. There is also the option of the Nitro, Grand Caravan and the Dodge Journey. All of these vehicles average between 22-25 mpg (highway miles) and have towing capacity’s ranging from 3,500 pounds to 8,900 pounds. Again each model is different and there for can provide different advantages.

Last but not least the truck selection has a lot to offer. The selection includes the Dakota, Ram 1500, Ram 2500 and 3500, Sprinter and the Chassis Cab. Each of these trucks offers different advantages. The Ram 2500 and 3500 can tow up to 15,000 pounds! The Chassis Cab offers 18,450 towing capacity! The Dakota and The Ram 1500 average 20 mpg (highway miles) and both are right around $24,000.

For the 2009 SUV’s and Crossovers the Traverse, Equinox, HHR Panel, Suburban 3/4 Ton, Suburban 1/2 Ton and the Tahoe. Out of all of the SUV’s the Tahoe is by far my favorite ever since the first time riding in one.

What do we have to look forward to in regards to Trucks? The Silverado, Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500 HD, Avalanche and the Colorado.

For the families out there the Express van is the only option for 2009?

What about all the environmental concerned people out there? The Hybrid options are for you! These include the Malibu Hybrid, Silverado 1500 Hybrid and the Tahoe Hybrid.

So it looks like Chevy has a little bit for everyone depending on what there needs are. If you are single and sassy one of the corvette options might fit your needs, if you are a family of 4 the Tahoe might be the best fit and if you are concerned about the environment the Hybrid could fit the bill.

I am guessing his BMW is a 1997 but I could be wrong. All of his cars so far have one thing is common – they have been pretty nice. Each one that he has owned had leather seats, a cool sleek look and they all have had tinted windows. He had found them all on the internet and he had picked them up in multiple states.

BMW’s are known for luxury. They are made to stand out and be noticed – which they have no problem doing.

These words are just as relevant today as they would have been back then. Located in England since 1946 and owned since 1998 by Volkswagen AG, Bentley motors is dedicated to building responsive and powerful cars refined in comfort and style.

Bentley companies currently employ 4,000 people worldwide and the average length of employment is 11 years. Bentley has regional offices based in the UK, USA, Germany, Japan, China, Singapore, Sydney, Korea, Mexico and Dubai. As the years go by Bentley’s car sales continue to increase. From 6,500 car sales in 2004, to over 10,000 car sales in 2007!

Enzo Ferrari was born in 1898. At the age of ten Enzo was taken to his first motor race. In 1916 the Ferrari son looses both his father and his brother and is forced to quit his studies and work as an instructor at a fire service workshop. Enzo serves in the First World War until he is released with honorable discharge after being determined ill. In 1918 once Enzos health has returned he finds a job as a test driver for a small company in Turin that builds Torpedos. In 1919 Enzo moves to Milan to work as a test driver and a racecar driver.

In 1920 after competing in many races and winning small fortunes – Enzo is involved in a 20 year collaboration where he does everything from test driving, to racing to dealing. He is finally appointed head of Alfa course racing division a position he holds until 1939. Enzo leaves Alfa in 1939 with the promise of not using the Ferrari name for racing until 4 years has passed. It now becomes a goal for Enzo to beat Alfa at whatever cost.

In 1945 Enzo Ferrari begins designing the first Ferrari and the rest is history. In 1988 Enzo passes at the age of 90. To this day he is remembered!
